Covermanager is seeking a Paid Media Lead in Barcelona to plan, deploy, and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role blends technical craft with strategic thinking to move leads through the funnel toward sales-ready outcomes.

As an individual contributor, you will own campaign structure, bidding, tracking, and testing, while collaborating with the Creative Performance Marketing team to translate briefs into high-performing

Qualifications

• Technically strong paid media operator across multiple platforms.
• Able to design funnel-based campaigns and optimize performance.
• Proactive in testing, measurement, and optimization.

Responsabilités

• Plan campaign architecture with funnel intent and matching audience logic.
• Develop lead acquisition strategies and test new platforms.
• Design retargeting and lifecycle audiences to move leads through funnel.
• Collaborate on lead qualification and hand-off criteria to sales.
• Contribute creative direction to ad concepts and copy.
• Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok.
• Set up and manage audience targeting and UTMs; own tracking (GA4).
• Run structured A/B tests on copy, creatives and bidding.
• Pull data, build reports, and share performance insights.
