Klépierre Iberia in Madrid is seeking an Accountant fluent in English to join our Financial Shared Services Team. The role is based in Madrid and focuses on bank reconciliations, payments and vendor invoice processing.

• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations.
• Process and prepare payments.
• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Record and manage supplier invoices.
• Maintain supplier master data and create new vendors.
• Oversee the accounts payable and P2P cycle.

Klépierre in Spain, is looking for Accountants fluent in English, being part of our Financial Shared Services Team, the new joiner will be based in Madrid.

Tasks

• Preparing and manage bank reconciliation
• Preparation of payments
• Management of Verify invoices
• Recording & management suppliers' invoices
• Management of vendors bases (creation of suppliers)
• Management of the P2P accounting cycle

Profile

Accounting degree (master university degree no mandatory) 2-3 years’ experience in a company as accountant or 3-4 years as a vendor accountant (in a real estate company and with a first experience of VAT topics is a plus) Fluent English SAP experience mandatory
