Formación

• Degree in Law or Employee Relations; Master's in Legal Practice is a plus.
• Experience in both in-house and law firm environments is desirable.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English required.
• Knowledge of current employment law and trends relevant to the role.
• Proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal employment advice in coordination with the ER Manager.
• Develop, update, and implement corporate and colleague administration policies.
• Support labor audits and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate union elections, track union hours and manage related documentation.
• Prepare and follow up on court cases, labor inspections and liaise with external lawyers.
• Assist with GDPR compliance and related documentation in Spain.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoices, POs and document control.

As an Employee Relations Advisor you will work in conjunction with the Employee Relations Manager in order to maintain and improve colleague relations. You will follow the priorities set by the ER Manager as well as the P&C Executive, giving support on metrics, training and HR analytics.

Description

• Provide legal employment advice in coordination with the ER Manager to HR, Payroll, H&S, and Store Managers, ensuring compliance with laws and collective agreements.
• Develop, update, and implement corporate and colleague administration policies.
• Support collective bargaining processes, the Gender Equality Plan, and relations with works councils and unions.
• Coordinate union elections, track union hours, and manage related documentation and communications.
• Prepare and follow up on court cases, labor inspections, and liaise with external lawyers.
• Support labor audits and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Assist with data protection (GDPR) compliance and related documentation in Spain.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, POs, and document control.

Profile

• Degree in Law or Employee Relations, Master's Degree in Legal Practice or Employment Law would be a plus.
• Experience in both in-house and law firm environments is desirable.
• Flexibility to be proactive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Intermediate or Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of current and emerging legislation, issues and trends as appropriate to the position.
• Ability to write / amend ER‑related documents.
• Ability to investigate and analyse claims information and to draw conclusions.
