PowerCo SE, located in Valencia, is looking for a Labour Relations and Employment Experts to support the company's labor relations framework. In this role, you'll research and provide legal opinions on labor matters, assist with negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

With a focus on promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or Law and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary aligned with industry standards and full health insurance coverage.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Labor Relations, ideally in a strategic capacity.
• Proven knowledge of Spanish Law and Labor Relations in Spain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics.
• Provide legal guidance on interpreting labor contracts.
• Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations.
