Apex Group is seeking a Portfolio Analyst in Valencia to execute duties related to Alternative Investments, including Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt. You will review pipeline and budgets with investment advisors and support daily liquidity management.

The role requires 1–3 years in finance, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. You will work hybrid from Valencia and collaborate with teams across Luxembourg and globally.

Formación

• 1–3 years of business finance or other relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics required.
• Profound knowledge of the regulatory framework regarding alternative investment funds (AIFMD).
• Good understanding of valuation models for alternative assets.
• Strong command of MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English mandatory; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze fund documentation and assess real assets transactions in fund of funds, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewables or private debt.
• Assess the eligibility of proposed investments in terms of strategy, objectives, liquidity and sustainability.
• Perform AML/KYC/TF and sanctions checks.
• Update and improve Excel-based cash flow models (DCF).
• Monitor fund liquidity daily and compare actuals to forecasts.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reporting, tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Luxembourg portfolio management colleagues to ensure sound decision making.
• Support regulatory changes implementation.
