IQVIA in Madrid is seeking an English native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of building a stable panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, establish trust, and maintain updated records while supporting participants through follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

This role starts in-office and moves to a hybrid arrangement after six months, with a focus on engagement, clear communication by phone and email, and

What To Expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• English Native speaker is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
• Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter subject to performance.
