Zurich Duomeans in Barcelona seeks an Operations Team Lead to streamline procurement, HR, finance and IT activities. You will coordinate contracts, vendors and internal staff processes, partnering with key stakeholders to keep activities compliant and well-documented.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, audit readiness and a proactive, start-up mindset within a global insurance group. English fluency is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Around 5 years of professional experience in an operations, administration, procurement, HR or finance support role.
• Familiarity with finance and procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa, expense tools), experience with Power Apps or similar is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HR processes (payroll data, benefits, mandatory training…).
• Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT…).
• Fluent in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Contract Management: Prepare draft Statements of Agreement for external suppliers and intercompany services.
• Create and/or raise external Work Orders and ensure they are aligned with approved SAS and budgets.
• Coordinate end-to-end signing process for SAS and WOs with designated approvers.
• File, store and share signed SAs and WOs in approved repositories.
