Signify in Madrid is seeking an Order and Delivery Management Intern to join our Customer Order Team. You will check order availability, validate references, and prepare delivery proposals while supporting ongoing order execution and shipment coordination.

You will develop skills in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems, with mentorship and exposure to real-world logistics challenges in a global lighting leader.

Formación

• Currently pursuing studies in related field (Operations/Economics/Business).
• Strong understanding of customer Order Execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities.
• Open minded, curious and innovative mindset aligned with company values.
• Speed & execution mindset with root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear and impactful communication, both oral and written.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems; proficiency in Excel; Power BI a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and relevant info.
• Check availability of orders and prepare delivery proposals.
• Select proposed alternatives and update order status.
• Screen complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
• Manage specials, combined shipments, missing or dead-on-arrival.
• Manage sales orders up to delivery to forwarding.
• Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Apply proactive problem-solving to identify root causes and develop solutions.

As a Order and Delivery Management Intern , you’ll join our Customer Order Team and you’ll be responsible for checking availability of order and preparing delivery proposal. You will accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and validating relevant info.

What you’ll do

• Select proposed alternatives and update order status
• Screening of complex orders regarding technical content and commercial correctness
• Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival
• Managing sales orders up to delivery to forwarding
• Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify root cause issues and create real problem-solving solutions.

Your qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Operations, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology or any related field.
• Strong understanding of customer Order Execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
• Open minded, curious and innovative Mindset and an Alignment with our company values and aims
• Speed & Execution mindset (Root cause analysis skills)
• Hard ability to communicate with impact, communications skills (oral and written)
• Fluency in Spanish & English.
• Knowledge of Systems like SAP,otherERP, user experience
• High level of Excel is preferred and Power point is also valued
• Experience in Power BI, Power Query are a plus.

Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance productivity and customer experience.
