ENGIE España in Madrid is seeking a Business Applications & Digital Solutions Intern to support corporate applications and optimize internal processes. You will work with business and IT teams to improve user experience and efficiency across the organization.

Join a diverse, multidisciplinary team and gain hands-on experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime, and other tools while contributing to digital transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related field.
• Native or bilingual in Spanish (C2).
• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
• Curiosity and interest in technology and digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate functions.
• Manage incidents and service requests via My Portal/ServiceNow.
• Act as liaison between end users, internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and improve SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime and other tools.
• Translate user needs into actionable requests for technical teams and vendors.
• Support IT projects and system enhancements with planning and tracking.
• Monitor updates and new functionalities to ensure smooth adoption.
• Assist in evaluating technology solutions and vendor relationships.
• Participate in cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a Business Applications & Digital Solutions Intern in Madrid to support the technical assistance activities of diverse corporate departments and to optimize internal processes. You will work closely with business and IT teams, providing support for critical corporate applications and contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across the organization.

Responsabilities

• Provide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate functions such as Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Communications, and ESG.
• Manage and monitor incidents and service requests received through My Portal/ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Act as a key liaison between end users, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements.
• Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business applications such as SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime, and other corporate tools.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into actionable requests for technical teams and vendors.
• Support the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements, contributing to planning, coordination, and progress tracking activities.
• Monitor system updates, changes, and new functionalities, helping to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and support vendor relationship management when required.
• Participate in cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.

Requirements
