Job summary

IOM is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead (Finance to Manage) to drive ERP-enabled financial processes and ensure alignment with global business requirements. The role reports to the Chief, Corporate Solutions Unit (CSU) and collaborates with DFAM and the broader F2M community to deliver robust, compliant financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology or related field with seven years of relevant professional experience; or University degree with nine years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA, CIPFA) is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in accounting and financial management, including consolidations, financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP software/systems and accounting-related technology solutions; direct ERP implementation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and act as F2M focal point for the BRM Team, managing finance processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with DFAM and global F2M community to address user needs and issues.
• Set priorities and manage contracted resources to meet requirements on time.
• Ensure continuity of F2M systems operations and oversee cloud platforms and upgrades.
• Monitor end-user requests and drive resolution to meet service levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with process owners and stakeholders within F2M scope.
• Oversee change management and process improvement related to ERP releases.
• Coordinate with ICT Enterprise Architect to ensure architectural alignment.
• Prepare technical and user documentation and deliver reports.
