Infosys Consulting in Madrid seeks an Oracle Cloud ERP Cloud - Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional transformation programmes. You will manage requirement workshops, define problem statements, review specifications, and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

You will collaborate across finance, supply chain, HR transformations, and AI-driven models, shaping growth strategies while mentoring junior colleagues and driving delivery excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program management across full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
• Drive discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes and future-state vision.
• Manage workstreams with on- and off-shore resources for Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation.
• Ensure deliverables align with design principles, standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate executive level business decisions using Oracle Cloud roadmap knowledge.
• Mentor junior staff and foster inclusive team culture.
