Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks an Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead to ensure the Wave ERP (Oracle Cloud Fusion) aligns with evolving finance requirements. You will oversee system finance processes and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive performance.

You will lead the Finance to Manage (F2M) stream, monitor upgrades, manage vendors, and drive change management to ensure continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for finance, planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams.
• Experience in ERP implementation and accounting structure setup is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance to Manage (F2M) stream and enhance system-based finance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Administrative Management and global F2M community.
• Prioritize contracted resources and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Ensure continuity of F2M systems, monitor upgrades, and oversee cloud platforms.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive change management activities.
