Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP and Finance transformation, ideally in international environments.
• Strong experience with large-scale ERP programs, ideally on Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Fluency in core Finance processes, especially Record-to-Report.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision for R2R and adjacent Finance processes.
• Lead several ERP initiatives at once, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
• Run or sponsor workshops with Finance teams to refine needs and shape solutions.
