Santen is seeking a Medical Representative in Madrid to drive growth across the Soria, Guadalajara and Madrid territories on-site. You will build relationships with clinicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to promote our ophthalmology portfolio and achieve sales objectives.

This role requires at least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, fluency in Spanish, and good English. You will work with CRM tools, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel to report insights and

Formación

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Ophthalmology experience is a strong asset.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Good knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; English conversational.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute territory plans for Madrid, Soria and Guadalajara.
• Deliver impactful product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Build trust-based relationships with clinicians and pharmacists.
• Adapt approach based on customer needs and market dynamics.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust positioning.
• Maintain timely reporting and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to exceed objectives.
