Qualificações

• Experience in medical devices sales and understanding of the ophthalmology/eyecare market.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Residence in Andalusia.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets and grow market share across assigned products and accounts.
• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Retain and protect existing intraocular lens business within the territory.
• Identify new product opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of the territory and competitive landscape.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to Sales Management.
