Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools used for trade processing and data management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Trade Processing: Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.
• Confirmation Management: Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.
• Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on trade activities and operational performance.
