REVEL | Renting de Coches is seeking an Operations Manager to build scalable processes and own critical initiatives that fuel rapid growth. You will partner with leadership across Operations and beyond to tackle key challenges and deliver impact.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end projects, optimize efficiency, and shape go-to-market strategies that support international expansion. Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions
• Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution
• Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels
• Speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus

Your mission:

• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growth
• Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges
• Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:
