REVEL is seeking an Operations Manager to build and optimize scalable processes, collaborating with leadership across Operations to tackle critical business challenges and drive growth. The role will lead strategic initiatives that impact efficiency and customer experience, including AI deployments and international expansion strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years in operations or strategy roles, thrive in ambiguity, and communicate clearly across teams.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience with operations and/or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution.
• Clear and confident communication across teams and levels.
• Speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus.

Your mission:

• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL's rapid growth
• Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges
• Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions
• Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution
