Impress, Europe\'s leading health-tech innovator, is seeking an Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team.

This on-site role requires delivering excellent customer experiences across multiple channels, booking and confirming appointments, and guiding patients through the journey toward a perfect smile. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and you must provide a university internship agreement for a 6-month program.

Formación

• Must provide convenio de prácticas through your university or educational institution.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to each patient across channels (calls, emails, video, audio, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat).
• Book, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Explain our product and guide patients through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends to improve products and processes.
• Work with teammates to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
