Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking an Operations Excellence professional to lead AI, data engineering, and automation initiatives in wholesale banking processes. You will map current processes, design TO BE workflows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable efficiency gains while communicating with senior executives.

The role requires 6 to 9+ years in related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong data/AI capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 to 9+ years in Process Management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating large programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services functions and banking operations.
• Proficiency in process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) and workflow design.
• Advanced knowledge of data, automation and AI concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and database/tools experience.
• Experience with user journey mapping and organizational change management.
• High autonomy and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• English at least B2; C1 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and implement the Operations Excellence roadmap focusing on AI, data engineering, and automation.
• Consult with senior owners and cross-functional teams to map strategies and opportunities.
• Manage AI and automation use cases from pilot to production adoption.
• Collaborate to deploy common methodologies and avoid duplication across verticals.
• Coach operational teams to use data and analytics for better decisions and service quality.
• Prepare executive-level presentations on status, risks, and improvements.
• Maintain a prioritized inventory of AI, data, and automation use cases.
• Define and monitor KPIs tied to efficiency gains and risk mitigation.
• Document and redesign end-to-end processes.
