Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to support the General Manager in strategic planning, prioritization, and alignment across the plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development.

You will prepare executive reports, lead AI-driven KPI analysis, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, and promote governance and accountability within a Business Excellence framework. This full-time, on-site role is based in Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/operations/industrial environments.
• Project Management experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present executive reports, business reviews, and key communications while monitoring budgets and performance.
• Drive operational excellence through AI-driven KPI analysis and process optimization.
• Foster governance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to align with business objectives.
• Coordinate strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and management processes for effective execution.
