Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking a senior data architect/engineer to design agentic workflows for tax processes, build AI‑ready data platforms, and ensure governance and security across client environments.

The role requires 6+ years across data architecture, data engineering and analytics, hands‑on AI/ML in production, and proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, scikit‑learn and MLflow.

Formación

• 6+ years experience across data architecture, data engineering, and analytics.
• Advanced certifications in AI or data engineering are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and ML libraries

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic workflows for tax processes, including: task‑level agent responsibilities, agent‑to‑agent communication patterns, human‑in‑the‑Loop and escalation models, feedback loops and agent performance monitoring and evaluations
• Define reusable agent blueprints aligned to Lean‑derived task definitions
• Apply leading edge agentic driven design and build methodologies eg. use of Codex, Factory ai, GitHub Copilot
• Build of AI‑ready data marts that expose tax data at the right grain maintain lineage and quality controls support deterministic and probabilistic reasoning
• Build data ingestion and transformation from ERP systems, tax platforms, semi‑structured documents, external data sources
• Build embedded agent and workflow governance and security: Ensure compatibility and integration with client’s governance models and technology (eg. Microsoft Agent 365)
• Design and embed real time controls and risk monitoring
