Woolsocks, a cashback and rewards app, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. You will monitor platform performance, track KPIs, and translate data findings into actionable steps for cross-team decisions.

You will work with large datasets, build dashboards in Superset, and help optimize user flows and processes. Fluent English is required; our Barcelona office offers a competitive salary, meal vouchers, and 23 vacation days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report on new trends in platform usage and performance.
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes, user flows, and features.
• Share clear recommendations with other teams to inform decisions.

About the role

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our operations team. You will be the person who keeps a close eye on how our platform is performing, whether that's an unusual spike in a metric, a change in user behaviour or a feature that isn't working as it should. You'll work with large amounts of data, track our key KPIs and turn your findings into clear actions for the rest of the company.

What you'll do

• Monitor the performance of our platforms and track our key KPIs every day
• Analyse user behaviour to understand how people use the app and where things can be improved
• Investigate unusual activity and outliers in the data and find out what's behind them
• Build and maintain dashboards in Superset, our data visualisation tool
• Identify and report on new trends in platform usage and performance
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes, user flows and app features
• Share clear recommendations with other teams to help them make better decisions

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience with dashboard tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau or similar)
• You can explain complex findings in a simple, clear way
• You're curious and proactive, and you like finding the \"why\" behind the numbers
• Fluent English
