Formación

• Experience in evaluating talent for assignments and performance.
• Ability to design and implement training aligned to skill gaps.
• Strong skills in analyzing KPIs related to engagement, productivity and cost.
• Experience guiding internal mobility and redeployment of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development.
• Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
• Analyzes KPIs related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
• Supports redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate opportunities.
• Supports career mobility guidance based on skills and experience.
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking Grade Descriptor.
