Nutreco in Lleida is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all production and technical activities at the Lleida plant, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments.

You will oversee multi-shift production, maintenance planning, and CAPEX projects to minimize downtime while driving continuous improvement across the plant. This role requires strong leadership, budget control, and adherence to HSE standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years' experience in production/operations management.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.
• Ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and deliver efficiency gains.

What you’ll do
