Job summary

Thales Group in Madrid is seeking an Operational Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation for Iberia by planning and executing local marketing initiatives. The role focuses on organizing events, campaigns, and sales activation to build the sales pipeline.

You will coordinate with global and regional teams, adapt content for the local market, and support sales with compelling materials and campaigns. Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese as a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably tech/cybersecurity
Experience managing campaigns (digital and events) and end-to-end events/webinars
Experience working with international or matrix teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
High level of English (C1 or above); Portuguese is a plus

Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and direct sales support.
Adapt global marketing initiatives to the local context (Spain and Portugal).
Coordinate preparation of campaign assets with global teams.
Track leads and support their conversion with sales teams.
Plan and manage events and webinars from format to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
