Frontiers in Madrid is seeking a dynamic Publishing Development professional to grow our open‑access journals. You will drive outreach to researchers and editors, recruit manuscripts, and develop strategies that boost visibility and submissions.

You will nurture relationships with authors and editors, represent journals at events, and leverage AI tools to research prospects and manage pipelines. This role emphasizes collaboration and office-based teamwork.

Formación

• Solid experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a proven track record.
• Comfort with uncertainty and building new opportunities rather than following a playbook.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to engage people unfamiliar with products or initiatives.
• Good grasp of AI-based tools in a business operations context.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out directly to researchers and editors to build collaborations and recruit manuscripts.
• Create and execute outreach strategies to increase journal visibility and submissions.
• Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from first contact to publication.
• Use AI tools daily to research prospects and personalize outreach.
• Build long-term relationships with authors, editors, and researchers.
• Represent journals at conferences, webinars, and online events.
