Frontiers in Madrid is seeking a dynamic Publishing Development professional to grow our open‑access journals. You will drive outreach to researchers and editors, recruit manuscripts, and develop strategies that boost visibility and submissions.
You will nurture relationships with authors and editors, represent journals at events, and leverage AI tools to research prospects and manage pipelines. This role emphasizes collaboration and office-based teamwork.

In this role, you will join our Publishing Development team to help grow some of youngest open-access journals in our portfolio. You'll play a key role in creating momentum, building scientific communities, and helping journals strengthen their visibility and reputation over time.
