Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Technician in occupational risk prevention to lead on-site health and safety across Castellón or Alcúdia projects, guiding safety throughout the project lifecycle and serving as the main customer contact for H&S matters. You will work with management, engineering, and commissioning teams to shape a safety-focused culture on large energy projects.

You will develop and measure H&S performance, stop work when hazards are imminent, and coordinate safety actions

Formación

• Senior Technician with experience in occupational risk prevention.
• Solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention and applicable legislation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate risks.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• At least 5 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention, especially in energy projects.
• Training in electrical risk, working at height, first aid, emergency response, and confined spaces

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site health and safety across Castellón or Alcúdia projects and guide safety throughout the project life cycle.
• Act as the main customer contact for H&S matters, driving compliance and clear communication.
• Develop and measure H&S performance; stop work when hazards are imminent and coordinate safety actions with all parties.
• Maintain relationships with on-site parties and ensure their personnel are trained.
• Compile and report H&S statistics to project management and customer.
• Support commissioning team to facilitate safe commissioning activities.
