Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an HSE Site Specialist to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs at project sites in Madrid.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and client requirements, promoting a strong safety culture. You will guide the project team, coordinate with subcontractors and client representatives, identify hazards, and implement preventive measures.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with accredited qualifications in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosocial Risk Prevention.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures for construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ISO 45001/14001.
• Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate HSE activities with subcontractors, client representatives, and project management.
