Siemens Energy is seeking an on-site project manager for Castellón/Alcudia, working 100% on-site with two-week shifts. You will lead on-site execution, ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence, and report to Project Management.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree and 3+ years in a construction environment, with Spanish and English at B2 level. BIM familiarity is a plus, and EHS commitments are central to the position.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical sites.
• Bilingual Spanish and English (B2) required.
• Experience in turn-key projects and quality management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality on the project site.
• Attend meetings with customers and contractors to maintain clear communication.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders and track the schedule.
• Promote Zero Harm culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• Document deviations and manage contracts and claims as needed.
• Provide timely site progress updates and coordinate with PM team.

Join us in driving project success as you take charge of on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality targets while upholding health and safety standards. You will report directly to Project Management, playing a pivotal role in delivering excellence on the project site. Imagine leading a team where your expertise shapes the project’s success and contributes to a culture of safety and accountability.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Oversee all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Attend meetings with customers and contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• You will actively engage in weekly and monthly reporting, providing insights and updates to stakeholders. You will track the project schedule and implement countermeasures as necessary to keep the project on track.
• You will promote and lead the Zero Harm Culture, ensuring adherence to occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.
• Manage and document any deviations from construction procedures, directing contract and claim activities as required.
• You will provide accurate and timely site progress updates to management, developing countermeasures with the PM team to mitigate any impacts.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or a related field).
• A broad knowledge base in construction site management, with over 3 years of experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical environments.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in supporting project and quality management processes in turn-key projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and customers within a construction setting.
• Basic EHS certification (60 hours) is required.
• Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
