Job summary

ABB's Service Division in Spain seeks a seasoned Project Manager to support high-complexity projects. You will coordinate the project team, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure documentation aligns with contracts and standards.

You will bring a engineering or business degree, 5+ years in project/document management and cost control, SAP/CMMS knowledge, and English at B1/B2. Onsite work and a strong benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration and management.
• Over 5 years of experience in document management and project management and cost control for construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and CMMS; familiarity with coordination platforms (Ctaima, E-coordina, Dokify, Nalanda).
• Mindset to innovate and improve processes.
• Fluent in English (B1/B2) and a category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project team (internal and subcontracted).
• Monitor and control project progress, resources, and financials.
• Manage all project documentation to meet standards and timelines.
• Identify, quantify, and manage project risks; pursue opportunities.
• Oversee formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
