Our client in Málaga is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee significant construction projects from planning through handover.

You will lead architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A successful candidate has extensive construction experience and a proven track record of delivering large-scale building projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in construction project management delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on managing diverse project types.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Experience working in the Málaga area is highly advantageous.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.
