Wall Street English is expanding its team to build a stronger presence in Germany. Join us as an Online Sales Consultant to manage the full B2C sales cycle with German-speaking learners, from first call to contract signature. Bring warmth and charisma to every interaction, whether on camera or by phone.

In this hybrid role, you will run online consultations, close deals, nurture renewals, and report results while collaborating with the Service Team to ensure high student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Natural charm and sales charisma on camera and by phone.
• German at C1/C2 level and good English.
• Proven B2C sales record from lead to close, ideally online.
• Consultative and service-minded: you listen before you sell.
• Well organized and confident with Microsoft Office.

What You'll Do

Your Profile

• Natural charm and sales charisma on camera and by phone
• German at C1/C2 level and good English
• Proven B2C sales record from lead to close, ideally online
• Consultative and service-minded: you listen before you sell
• Well organized and confident with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Degree in Business or Marketing, or a sales qualification
• Background in English teaching, hospitality, fitness, or other service industries
• Confident using social media to engage leads

Work Setup

• Hybrid with 2 days in our Barcelona city-center office and 3 from home
• Reporting to the Sales Manager/Center Director
