In this hybrid role, you will run online consultations, close deals, nurture renewals, and report results while collaborating with the Service Team to ensure high student satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Natural charm and sales charisma on camera and by phone.
• German at C1/C2 level and good English.
• Proven B2C sales record from lead to close, ideally online.
• Consultative and service-minded: you listen before you sell.
• Well organized and confident with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Run and close online consultations to hit monthly targets.
• Turn leads, no-shows, and past contacts into enrollments.
• Drive renewals and referrals through after-sales follow-up.
• Partner with the Service Team to ensure student satisfaction.
• Keep your CRM up to date and report on your results.
