SilverBack seeks a detail-oriented Completions Coordinator to drive the transition from construction to commissioning in Huelva, Spain. You will manage the CCMS, coordinate multidisciplinary punch lists, and assemble handover dossiers to meet MC, RFC, and RFSU milestones safely and on schedule.

You will act as the key interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client teams, ensuring data quality, timely reporting, and compliant documentation throughout the turnover

Formación

• Proven experience in Completions/Turnover roles on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of MC, RFC, and RFSU processes and phase transitions.
• High proficiency with CCMS and advanced Excel reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Create, update and monitor punch lists across disciplines; coordinate reviews.
• Verify completeness of turnover packages, test records and documentation.

• Generate daily/weekly reports and dashboards tracking MC and readiness milestones.
• Attend site coordination meetings and keep completions data up to date.

About the Role

We challenge the status quo and create positive change. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Completions Coordinator (m/w/d).

This role is critical to managing, tracking, and executing the project completions process to ensure a seamless transition from construction to commissioning and final handover. You will oversee the Completions Management System (CCMS), coordinate multidisciplinary punch lists, compile handover dossiers, and act as a key interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client teams to meet Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) milestones safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Completions Management & CCMS Administration: Administer and maintain the CCMS database; define systems, equipment boundaries, tag statuses, and document registers; track MC, RFC, and RFSU statuses while verifying data quality and monitoring progress against strict milestones.
• Punch List Management: Create, update, and track punch items across all disciplines; coordinate reviews and assign actions across teams; monitor closures,
• Turnover Package & Document Management: Verify completeness of MC dossiers, turnover packages, and vendor documentation; collect test records, QA/QC certificates, and redline drawings; support preparation and approval of MC certificates.
• Interface & Handover Coordination: Facilitate system walkdowns and site inspections; act as the primary interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning; resolve issues and track final acceptance by Commissioning and Operations.
• Reporting & Progress Tracking: Generate comprehensive daily/weekly reports, live dashboards, and KPI metrics tracking MC, S2, S3, and S4 readiness; identify critical path constraints and expedite issues affecting the schedule.
• Typical Daily Activities: Attend daily site coordination meetings, review MC progress for handover candidates, track punches impacting S3/S4 phases, follow up on technical queries, and keep completions databases fully updated.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Completions Coordinator, Turnover Engineer, or similar role on large-scale industrial, mining, or metallurgical projects.
• Technical Skills: Deep practical understanding of MC, RFC, and RFSU processes, alongside engineering phase transitions (S2, S3, S4).
• Software: High proficiency in industry-standard Completions Management Software (CCMS) and advanced Excel/dashboard reporting tools.
• Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships across internal teams and client representatives.
