Festo in Barcelona is recruiting a Project Manager for Online Business to drive a growing digital sales channel. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor KPIs, and optimize workflows to enhance customer experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• Initial professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Business or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Online Business projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive and monitor performance of dedicated clusters within the online business.
• Analyze key business and e-commerce KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support implementation of new tools, processes and digital initiatives across markets.
• Develop initiatives to improve sales, conversion, profitability and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with local market teams and central stakeholders on objectives.
• Provide data-driven analyses for strategic decision making.
• Create training and playbooks to translate digital objectives into cluster initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned and codify best practices across clusters.
