Job summary

Ergomed is a global CRO focused on rare diseases and oncology seeking an experienced Oncology Strategy Lead to drive award strategies and client engagement across opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs and lead pre-award activities to meet client needs.

The role requires senior-level oversight, strong relationship management, and a track record in oncology strategy within a CRO. You will partner with Business Development and senior operations teams to advance competitive bids

Qualifications

• Degree in a life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive CRO clinical research experience with strong oncology background.
• Experience contributing to project oversight and delivery at a senior level.
• Proven track-record in maintaining and strengthening customer relations.
• Previous oncology strategy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for oncology awards, leveraging expertise to meet client needs in pre-award activities.
• Lead oncology strategist for potential awards and support other oncology strategists.
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development and participate in client meetings.
• Develop strong client relationships with key decision makers to drive repeat oncology business.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory, Safety.
• Support functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support BD and marketing activities by participating in conferences and creating content like webinars and white papers.
