Job summary

Ergomed Group seeks a Director, Clinical Vendor Strategy to lead outsourcing strategies and vendor governance across the clinical development portfolio. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Vendor Management, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance to drive vendor selection and strategic partnerships for successful trial delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
• Progressive experience in Clinical Operations, Vendor Oversight, or Outsourcing Management within CRO/pharma environments.
• Proven experience managing clinical trial management and outsourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor outsourcing strategies for proposals, RFPs, and study partnerships.
• Evaluate, select, and recommend vendors with global reach and readiness.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to strengthen relationships and drive cost transparency.
• Present outsourcing strategies to sponsors and stakeholders to support business development.
• Develop tools and best practices to strengthen outsourcing governance and processes.
• Ensure outsourced activities comply with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
