Job summary

MEDSIR, a Barcelona-based company advancing oncology trials, seeks an Investigator Relations & Recruitment Specialist to design and refine patient recruitment strategies across sites. You will collaborate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to reach enrollment targets on time.

The role requires a solid understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to analyze recruitment data, pre-screen patients, and optimize communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and recruitment optimization (min 3 years).
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in surveys and recruitment data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient recruitment plans based on trial objectives.
• Engage sites and investigators; supply tools and best practices.
• Identify stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams for outreach.
• Monitor recruitment across sites and take corrective actions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report to management.
• Share best practices to improve site engagement and retention.
• Lead stakeholder roundtables to align recruitment objectives.
• Diagnose recruitment barriers and propose tailored actions.
• Track milestones and escalate risks to protect timelines.
• Deliver training on patient engagement and compliance.
