As Oncology and Hematology Portfolio Strategy Lead, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of launch readiness for late-stage pipeline assets. Acting as the local business lead, you will translate portfolio ambitions into integrated launch plans that maximise long-term value for patients, healthcare systems, and the organisation. You will bring together Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal & Compliance, Communications, and Global and Regional partners. Your remit will include market and patient journey assessment, forecasting, value proposition and positioning development, governance, launch-readiness metrics, risk mitigation, and disciplined delivery of critical milestones. Success will be measured through strong organisational readiness, timely cross-functional execution, robust forecasting and business planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and achievement of access, adoption, and launch performance objectives.
Spanish Salary Range / Rango salarial en España: EUR 106,500 to EUR 177,500The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
