Amentum, a global leader in engineering and professional services, seeks a Stock Control Manager to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. This full-time, on-site role requires overseeing stock control operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with Navy standards.

You will manage N-ERP and Government MIS systems, lead a team, train staff, and prepare detailed stock reports for management and government stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum three years of experience as stock control manager and supervisor.
• At least two years of experience or training in N-ERP and non-mechanized material management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of Government Material Management/MIS Systems and related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage stock control operations, including tracking, ordering, receiving, and issuing materials.
• Supervise accuracy and accountability of inventory, ensuring compliance with Navy standards.
• Maintain stock levels efficiently to meet operational demands and minimize excess inventory.
• Utilize N-ERP and Government MIS Systems to streamline processes.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on material management and stock control procedures.
• Supervise and lead a team of stock control personnel; mentor and train staff.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure effective supply functions.
• Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and material flow for management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
