osapiens is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for AI & Automation in Madrid, a full-time on-site role that pairs hands-on engineering with automation-driven support. You will resolve complex tickets, build AI-powered resolution logic, and help shape how automation reduces future requests.

You will work with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, REST/GraphQL, and SQL-like queries, reading logs and collaborating with Engineering to improve our HUB platform. English communication is essential.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field.
• H hands-on experience in technical support or solutions engineering for a B2B software.
• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Able to read logs and code to root-cause issues.
• English communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex tickets at third level across portal, backend, and integrations.
• Analyze ticket data and logs to identify recurring issues.
• Design and implement AI-driven resolution and automation.
• Create help-center articles and contribute to documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and CX to improve processes.
