SAP iXp Intern: AI Automation Engineer in Madrid, Spain. Join the Customer Support AI Automation team to design AI-powered automation for Product and Engineering workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams, under experienced AI engineers and product leaders, in an agile enterprise setting.

Role emphasizes Python-based automation, API integrations, and building reusable assets like prompts, workflows, and scripts to scale AI adoption.

Formación

Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of SQL.
Familiarity with APIs, data formats (JSON), and system integrations.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions for Product Owners, Project Managers, Development Managers, and Scrum Masters.
Build automated workflows using n8n to streamline reporting, ticket handling, and communication flows.
Develop and optimize prompts for AI tools to automate meetings, backlog refinement, and status reporting.
Create Python-based scripts to integrate systems, process data, and support automation pipelines.
Connect enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) through APIs into intelligent workflows.
Deliver reusable automation assets (prompt libraries, workflows, scripts) for cross-team adoption.
