Siemens Energy S.A. invites applications for a Site Quality Assurance Engineer (Alcudia or Castellon), working full-time on-site. You will lead QA/QC activities on engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring quality plans, ITPs, and FQPs are implemented and documented.

Formación

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent.
• Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CWI, NDT Level II, or ASQ are preferred.
• Proven experience in site-based QA/QC roles, ideally within EPC or HVDC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards (civil, mechanical, electrical), welding procedures, and supplier quality management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate site quality functions across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure the successful implementation of site-specific quality plans, including ITPs and FQPs.
• Participate in kick-off meetings, quality reviews, and acceptance inspections with clients and third parties, overseeing inspections and tests for proper documentation and traceability.
• Manage NCRs in collaboration with the project team, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide quality training to site personnel and subcontractors, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting audits and internal reviews.
