INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager to be based in our Madrid Office. You will establish and maintain quality standards across EPC projects, with a focus on Solar PV, BESS, and HV Substations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

You will lead QA/QC personnel, develop the QMS, manage inspection plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and travel approximately 25% to project sites and regional offices.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must have Solar PV and HV Substations experience.
• Nice-to-have: BESS experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Approximately 25% travel to sites and regional offices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
• Develop and implement the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operational activities.
• Plan duties within QA/QC staff and related work schedules.
• Establish service standards for end users (internal departments or external customers).
• Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to QA/QC personnel.
• Oversee inspection testing plans for construction, repair work, and alterations.
• Manage site inspections, including third-party subcontractors, and RBI activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and local regulatory authorities.
