Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Material Support Services Representative based at Matacán Military Air Base in Salamanca. The role acts as the primary on-site liaison with the Customer under the DCare contract, coordinating spares, AGEs, repairs, and ISS per SLAs.

The successful candidate will interface with Customer operations and our internal supply chain, monitor fleet readiness, and drive KPI reporting while ensuring compliance with military standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, contract management, or supply chain operations.
• Direct experience in MRO environments valued for DCare requirements.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site liaison for the Customer at Matacán base, building trust and ensuring material needs are met.
• Ensure seamless delivery of material support services (Spare parts, AGEs, Repairs, ISS) per DCare SLAs.
• Act as the interface between Customer operations and internal supply chain and engineering teams.
• Monitor fleet readiness on-site and address supply gaps to minimize impact.
• Track KPIs and service levels, reporting to Customer and management.
• Provide on-site issue resolution and manage escalation to headquarters when needed.
