Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a professional to act as the focal point for Spares & Repairs at customer facilities in Albacete. You will manage the Customer OrderBook, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with the Global Logistics Network to ensure contract performance and timely delivery.

This permanent role requires experience in materials, logistics, and compliance, with responsibilities for escalation handling, risk mitigation, and collaboration across operational teams to maintain

Responsibilities

• Act as Airbus focal point for customer facilities to correctly manage Spares & Repairs processes within EF contracts.
• Monitor OD KPIs and perform deep analyses to improve overall performance.
• Identify and inform of potential risks to n+1 and drive mitigation actions across operational teams.
• At local level, act as focal point for customer escalations or prioritizations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customs & export control processes are properly fulfilled.
• Work closely with Global Logistics Network (warehousing and transports).
• Assist in internal EF Materials meetings and coordinate operative issues/activities related to the customer.

IMPORTANT: Real location of the position is MAESAL Albacete

Act as an Airbus focal point at customer facilities ensuring correct management of Spares & Repairs processes as part of the C3 contract.

Boost processes optimization and contract effectiveness

Focus on managing Customer OrderBook and performance for Spares and Repair processes within EF contracts scope.

Monitor OD KPIs, carrying out a deep analysis in order to improve the performance of the whole organization

Identify and inform of any potential risks to n+1 and ensure implementation of mitigation actions among the operational teams.

At local level, act as focal point for any customer escalation or prioritization, and ensure priorities are clear for the operational teams in order to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Ensure customs & export control processes are properly fulfilled

Work very close with Global Logistics Network (Both warehouse and transports)

Assist to internal EF Materials meetings and coordinate any operative issue/activity related to Customer.
