Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Material Support Services Representative at the Matacán base to serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Customer. You will bridge the Customer's operational needs with our global supply chain to guarantee fleet availability and contractual compliance.

The role requires strong logistics and MRO understanding, English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to operate in a high-visibility, customer-facing environment on a military base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or contract management is desirable.
• Direct MRO experience is valued for DCare requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site liaison for the Customer at Matacán base, building trust-based relationships.
• Ensure delivery of DCare material support services in line with SLAs.
• Interface between Customer operations and internal supply chain and engineering teams.
• Monitor fleet material readiness and address supply gaps to minimize impact.
• Track KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual and military standards.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and manage escalation to HQ for high-impact issues.
