AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support professional in Zaragoza to provide end-user desktop support, asset onboarding/offboarding, and VIP assistance. You will coordinate with backend teams for network and server support, manage tickets, and ensure SLA compliance while deploying software and supporting enterprise applications.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and related remote access.
• Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their user management tools (Office 365, SharePoint, File, Print, DHCP, DNS).
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated with SLA-driven prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical IT support as the point of contact for the site.
• Handle end-user desktop, laptops, and office IT with remote hand support for network and servers.
• Install software on end user systems and servers when required.
• Onboard new users with IT assets and tools; assist with offboarding and asset sanitization.
• Provide Executive / VIP support and coordinate with backend teams for network and server support.
• Support IP phones and video conferencing; assist with printers.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise and personal devices and business apps.
• Support network devices with the help of backend team; manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot VPN, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint issues.
• Office IT Asset Management and coordination with external vendors when engaged.
• Work independently and lead in-house IT projects; manage BAUs and SOPs/Runbooks for global use.
• Provide technical guidance to Site Tech and lead project support teams.
• Asset/stock management and E-Waste; onboarding/training/process alignment/documentation.
